ROLE SUMMARY:

Inspired Education is welcoming applications for Head of Boarding, Boarding Coordinator, and Boarding Staff positions across its schools in Spain. We are seeking experienced, dynamic, and committed professionals to join our residential teams, creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments for students. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and leadership of boarding provision within a growing, international school group.

We currently have Boarding schools in Madrid, Toledo and Cádiz, and we're welcoming applications for all of them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage the boarding team, fostering a positive and inclusive residential environment.
Ensure the wellbeing, safety, and development of all boarding students.
Develop boarding policies and procedures in line with school and Inspired standards.
Collaborate with academic and pastoral teams to support student progress and welfare.
Oversee day-to-day operations of boarding, including staffing, scheduling, and pastoral care.
Participate in recruitment, training, and professional development of boarding staff.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Proven experience in boarding management or senior pastoral leadership.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience in UK or IB boarding environments desirable.
Commitment to student wellbeing and high standards of pastoral care.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
