ROLE SUMMARY:

An established and highly regarded international school in Madrid, part of the Inspired Education Group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Admissions, Enrolment & Costumer Experience to join its leadership team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the school’s growth, reputation, and family experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will:

Lead and oversee all aspects of student enrolment and admissions strategy
Act as a key ambassador for the school, representing its values and proposition to prospective families
Design and implement forward-thinking enrolment strategies to drive sustainable growth
Enhance and professionalise admissions processes, systems, and reporting
Manage, mentor, and develop the existing admissions team
Collaborate closely with marketing, academic leadership, and group stakeholders
Optimise the full customer journey from first enquiry to enrolment

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Proven experience in a senior admissions/enrolment role (e.g. Head of Admissions, Head of Enrolment or equivalent)
Background in an international school environment strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in driving enrolment growth and improving conversion rates
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage families effectively
Full fluency in English and Spanish (essential)
Strong understanding of international education markets and parent expectations
Experience within premium or private education settings is highly valued
