ROLE SUMMARY:

King’s College School Soto de Viñuelas, located in Tres Cantos, Madrid, and a leading international school offering the British Curriculum alongside A Levels and the IB, is seeking a highly efficient and detail-oriented Examinations Manager to join our Academic Office team.

This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of internal and external examinations across the school year, including GCSE, A Level, and IB assessments. The successful candidate will oversee all exam logistics — from scheduling and communications with exam boards, to organising invigilators and distributing results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all public and internal examinations
Liaise with exam boards, staff, students, and parents
Oversee invigilation, scheduling, and results processing
Ensure compliance with examination regulations
Support wider academic administration when neede

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience managing deadlines under pressure
High-level ICT skills
