ROLE SUMMARY:

Kensington School in Madrid is seeking a talented and passionate English & Literature Teacher to join its Secondary and IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international school with a strong academic reputation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teach English & Literature across Secondary, including IBDP.
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons.
Prepare students for external examinations and IB assessments.
Monitor, assess, and report on student progress.
Contribute to pastoral care and the wider school community.
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and academic initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Qualified teacher with a relevant degree.
Experience teaching English & Literature at Secondary level.
Experience with or strong understanding of the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP).
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Commitment to student achievement and well-being.
