ROLE SUMMARY:

Kensington School is seeking an enthusiastic and highly qualified Chemistry Teacher to deliver engaging lessons across KS4, KS5 and IB programmes. The successful candidate will join a dynamic science department committed to academic excellence and student success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teach Chemistry across KS4, KS5 and IB, delivering high-quality and well-structured lessons.
Prepare students effectively for external examinations and internal assessments.
Support students in developing strong analytical, practical and independent learning skills.
Contribute to curriculum development and collaborative planning within the science department.
Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback and support student achievement

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

A relevant degree in Chemistry or a related subject and QTS (highly desirable).
Experience teaching Chemistry at KS4 and KS5; IB experience is highly desirable.
Strong subject knowledge and excellent classroom practice.
A commitment to high academic standards and student engagement.
The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
