ROLE SUMMARY:

 

Inspired Education is seeking a Brand Executive to join our Madrid-based marketing team on a temporary contract, covering maternity leave. This is a hands-on role for a proactive, curious and versatile marketer who enjoys both execution and creative thinking, and who wants to contribute to the growth of a premium global education brand.

 

Working closely with the Spain Head of Marketing, global teams and external partners, you will support the delivery of brand and marketing initiatives across Spain, ensuring consistency, quality and momentum during this period.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support the execution and continuity of local brand and marketing plans across Inspired schools in Spain.

  • Coordinate and deliver online and offline brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with Inspired’s premium positioning.

  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing and Creative teams to execute campaigns, events and brand assets.

  • Support the development of simple brand initiatives such as merchandising, brand materials and school-facing assets.

  • Assist in the drafting and coordination of brand plans, presentations and internal communications.

  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

  • Support PR, events and school visits to gain a strong understanding of each school’s value proposition.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or brand support role, across digital and offline channels.

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and a strong willingness to learn (“todólogo/a del marketing”).

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Good written communication skills in English and Spanish. 

  • A practical understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.

  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with local and international stakeholders.
