ROLE SUMMARY:

International School San Patricio Toledo is seeking a caring, responsible, and proactive Boarding Staff member to join our boarding house team.

The successful candidate will support the wellbeing, supervision, and day-to-day care of our international boarding students, helping to create a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and support boarding students, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and personal development.
Help maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive boarding house environment.
Monitor students' attendance, routines, and adherence to boarding house rules and expectations.
Provide pastoral care and guidance, acting as a trusted adult for students when needed.
Work closely with the boarding team, teachers, and parents to support students' academic and personal success.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Experience or strong skills in working with and managing teenagers.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, flexible, and committed to student welfare.
