ROLE SUMMARY:

Reporting to the UK marketing director & UK CEO (with a dotted line to the Global Brand Director). Responsible for executing and reporting on the marketing plans for the schools in the UK. These plans cover offline, digital, brand PR and events. The role requires collaboration with various departments to drive enrollments and improve student retention for the schools. 

 

This role involves strong critical thinking and market analysis as well as experience working with specialized teams across various marketing areas. The role requires a proactive approach working collaboratively within a team with energy, confidence and excellent communications skills to align all stakeholders with the marketing objectives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Contribute to the annual marketing plan for each school. 
  2. Provide key data and insights on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to the UK CEO and Uk Director of Marketing. 
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns by collaborating closely with the central Marketing team, particularly the Digital team and Creative Studio. 
  4. Proactively suggest actions to improve plans and performance based on analysis of data. 
  5. Support schools with their Retention Programs.
  6. Manage the website and digital platforms, serving as the main contact with the Head of School for any collateral or website changes. Ensure these channels effectively represent the schools and collaborate with the central team on improvements. 
  7. Oversee brand guidelines and ensure adherence to maintain brand integrity in all communications and materials. 
  8. Ensure effective brand communication both internally and externally across all schools in the portfolio to reinforce brand values and mission. 
  9. Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing content and promotional materials that align with brand messaging.
