ROLE SUMMARY:
As we continue an ambitious phase of international growth and transformation, we are seeking a Talent Partner to join our talent team based in London. This role will focus on delivering best-in-class recruitment across Head Office and corporate functions in the UK.
This is a hybrid role based out of our Mayfair office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner closely with senior Hiring Managers across corporate functions to understand hiring priorities and deliver high-quality, end-to-end recruitment solutions.
- Lead recruitment activity across Head Office functions including Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Projects, and Operations.
- Collaborate with the wider UK Talent team to support selected school-based and academic recruitment initiatives during peak hiring periods and broader business demand.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future corporate hiring needs.
- Deliver a seamless and professional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Proactively source and engage high-calibre corporate talent through direct sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking and market mapping.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to strengthen employer brand visibility.
- Drive consistent recruitment standards and best practice across all corporate hiring activity.
- Coach and support hiring managers to improve interview capability and recruitment effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruitment activity within the ATS and talent systems.
- Support ongoing optimisation and standardisation of recruitment processes, systems and reporting.
- Produce and analyse hiring metrics and market insights to inform hiring strategy and improve performance.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Strong recruitment experience within an in-house recruitment model across corporate functions.
- Success in competitive markets with a track record of developing and executing recruitment plans.
- Experience improving recruitment processes and supporting value initiatives.
- Proficiency with talent acquisition technologies (ATS, internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technology).
- Highly professional and able to quickly establish credibility and maintain positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and in meetings.
- Proactive self-starter with the drive to deliver results.
- Analytical thinker with thorough attention to detail.
