ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage our web development program and ensure the Inspired school website platform (Drupal CMS) delivers a best-in-class web experience, using the latest technologies and seamless UX to create an exceptional user experience.
- Identify, scope, build, test and deploy new web and digital initiatives to enhance the new parent and student experience as we showcase our schools to the world.
- Manage Conversion Rate Optimisation programs to improve lead generation and website engagement metrics. You will own the entire testing process from scoping out requirements, collating technical specification, ensuring correct tagging/tracking, setting up and executing the tests, analysing the performance, making recommendations for site developments based on learnings from the A/B tests.
- Partner with the Marketing Ops team to identify and test areas where AI can deliver operational efficiencies across the web function.
- Partner with our SEO team to increase the number of organic visitors to our website and, more importantly, to improve our organic search rankings (first position), thereby lowering our cost of lead acquisition.
- Manage the website development budget to ensure a positive ROI and a focus on exceeding business targets.
- Maximise the value of contracts secured with third-party vendors, ensuring our partners effectively support Inspired in achieving its objectives.
- In partnership with the Inspired IT team, take full responsibility for platform reliability, website uptime, security and GDPR compliance.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years proven experience in web development, UX, CRO, SEO & Digital Product Development ideally in a multi-national marketing environment.
- Managed a team of 3+ people.
- Highly competent across key analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe. This includes understanding the primary metrics and identifying the value of every optimisation to improve the overall CVR and ROI.
- Experience in utilising tools such as Hotjar, GA and Google Optimize to analyse and improve digital content, journeys and campaigns through regular testing to improve performance and engagement.
- Strong familiarity with backend web functionality including hosting, domains, DNS management and Site Reliability frameworks and management.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to demonstrate the value of CRO and CVR improvements that impact the overall business objectives.
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge of user centred design methodologies (IA, wire framing, prototyping, user testing).
- Expert knowledge of A/B and MVT testing.
- Hands-on knowledge of managing content, ideally via Drupal 9, including the creation and optimisation of components, webforms and custom blocks.

- Demonstrated experience in managing and growing online conversions, revenue and leads.
- Technically creative, methodical, and passionate about UX and using data to drive improvements across key web KPIs.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a multi-national company.
- Highly analytical, with a strong focus on data and results to drive success.
- Strong data visualisation skills and the ability to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader organisation.

- Defines, tracks, and measures KPIs, with ongoing efforts to continuously analyse data, identify trends, and implement optimisations to drive initiatives.
