This role will lead and deliver best in-class websites across 110+ schools in both B2C and B2B. This includes optimising the performance, user experience and identifying CRO opportunities. By leading and managing all websites globally, you will focus on maximising lead generation and overall ROI.

It will lead the overall user experience including site navigation, content development, testing strategy and execution, analytics and reporting with the ultimate objectives of achieving revenue and lead volume targets in addition to shifting phone calls to online self-service.

You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage all aspects of the business focusing on conversion rate optimisation (CRO and SEO).

This is a fast-paced role so, the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects and get ‘hands-on’ when required is essential. This role will report to the Head of Digital to ensure each school in the market has a clear digital plan with agreed KPI’s and targets. Working at a global leadership level you will interact and work with all areas of the Inspired group across all geographies.




  • Manage 110+ websites and lead the roll out of new website launches including school openings and numerous opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Manage our web development program and ensure Inspired school websites continue to innovate and make the best use of new technologies and best in class user experience design
  • Pragmatically and through a structured review process ensure continuous improvement of website and user experiences to optimise conversion rate
  • Own, end-to-end development and execution of change and optimisation of the website. This includes having a strong CMS background, specifically in Drupal.
  • Work with IT and Marketing Ops to drive improvements in site performance for users
  • Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues within the Digital Marketing team to ensure website development supports achievement of targets
  • Manage CRO programs to improve lead generation and website engagement metrics.
  • Continuously improve the user experience throughout all parts of our websites and funnel utilizing best practices, data, and test and learn strategies
  • Own the entire testing process from scoping out requirements, collating technical specification, ensuring correct tagging/tracking, setting up and executing the tests, analysing the performance, making recommendations for site developments based on learnings from the A/B tests.
  • Measure the success of CRO and demonstrate the effectiveness to senior stakeholders
  • Identify excellent SEO and web strategies and tactics to increase the number of organic visitors to our website and more importantly increasing our organic search rankings (first position).
  • You will lead the SEO strategy alongside the Head of Digital ensuring objectives are achieved and communicated to the wider stakeholders. This includes using the support of our SEO specialist and freelancers available.
  • Achievement of SEO lead gen targets through best-practice SEO techniques including technical SEO, IA and content development




  • Minimum 5+ years proven experience in web development, UX, CRO, SEO, Digital Marketing ideally in a multi-national marketing environment
  • Managed a team of 5+
  • Highly competent across key analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe. This includes understanding the primary metrics and identifying the value of every optimisation to improve the overall CVR and ROI
  • Experience in utilising tools such as Hotjar, GA and Google Optimize to analyse and improve digital content, journeys and campaigns through regular testing to improve performance and engagement.
  • Strong familiarity with backend web functionality including hosting, domains, DNS management and Site Reliability frameworks and management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and growing online conversions, revenue and leads
  • Technical creative, methodical, and passionate about UX and using data to orchestrate improvements across key web KPIs;
  • Comfortable working with cross functional teams in a multi-national company;
  • Highly analytical with a strong focus on the data and results to drive success
  • Strong data visualization skills and ability to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business.
