ROLE SUMMARY:

We’re proud to be launching an exciting new opportunity designed for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) specialised in STEM teaching. The Inspired Global Teaching Fellowship enables ECTs to complete induction in the UK or one of our BSO-accredited international schools while benefiting from Inspired’s global community, exceptional training, and unparalleled career pathways. With support from our Global Education Teams, this programme will develop outstanding STEM teachers, ensuring Inspired Education remain leaders in educational excellence. We are set to welcome our first cohort of ECT graduates into Inspired from August 2026.

This is your invitation to shape lives, ignite curiosity, and discover your own potential on a global stage. Designed for passionate STEM graduates, this two year programme offers world-class mentoring, tailored professional development, and the chance to begin your teaching journey in one of our exceptional schools.

From your very first classroom, you’ll be supported to grow into an educator who inspires students to reach their fullest potential, while opening doors to a lifelong global career across 28 countries and 121 schools. At Inspired, teaching isn’t just a profession — it’s a purpose, a passport, and a pathway to becoming a leader and pioneer in education.

Our schools thrive on the fresh perspectives and innovative practices that teachers bring from across our network. With bespoke professional development plans and investment in your growth — both emotional and financial — you’ll be fully supported to reach your career goals.

Although Inspired is a group of 121 schools worldwide, you’ll begin with access to 15 UK and international schools that are eligible to support your induction. Our seven international schools on the programme are based in Bahrain, Oman, Panama, and Spain. On completion of your two year induction, you’ll be eligible to teach at any of our schools across 28 countries.

Our students deserve the best teachers. We’d love you to be part of that journey.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

What’s in it for you?

  • A fully supported two-year induction programme, guided by expert mentors and coordinators.
  • Far more than the standard mandatory UK Government Teaching Induction.
  • Unparalleled professional development, tailored to your growth as a teacher who inspires.
  • The chance to collaborate with a global cohort of Early Career Teachers.
  • Opportunities to teach and learn across borders — from the UK to Bahrain, Oman, Panama, Spain, and beyond.
  • A guaranteed pathway to a global career in one of Inspired’s 121 schools across 28 countries.
  • Teach with state-of-the-art facilities that embrace the latest technology.
