Inspired is seeking to appoint a Junior Data Analyst to join us as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

The Role/Purpose


Working alongside our Head of Data & Analytics, you will be a key member of the data team focused on delivering and enhancing the data solutions across our organisation. You will be confident with querying data using SQL to investigate and resolve our data challenges. 


You will identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue which impacts the customer journey and work on improving measurement and reporting across all enrolment and marketing functions. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual, with strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills to join our global team.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • A proven track record of querying & resolving data inaccuracies and challenges using SQL & T-SQL including joins, sub-selects & aggregation
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts & data normalisation
  • Knowledge of PowerBI dashboard building and DAX is a bonus
  • Strong time management skills to ensure effective on time delivery of tasks

 

Data Analysis & Management

  • Undertake data analysis to maintain accurate data in all school systems, enabling responsive decision-making through the enrolment pipeline, recruitment events and accurate forecasting during annual planning
  • Support the Data, Admissions and Finance teams where needed to ensure data is defined, structured and accessible in a way that provides actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with our data engineers to identify and solve data quality issues, database cleansing, segmentation, enrichment, and acquisition initiatives

 

Performance Marketing & Automation

  • Partner with the global customer experience team, CRM, and marketing teams, to ensure accuracy of data across our acquisition funnels
  • Evolve the web, social, media, and analytics work, developing areas such as journey analytics, digital effectiveness, and attribution

 

Stakeholder communication

  • Work in partnership with the finance, admissions, marketing and local teams to query and resolve data challenges and initiatives
  • Support admissions teams, ensuring they have the knowledge, training, and expertise to deliver accurate and effective enrolment reports
