ROLE SUMMARY:
Kings InterHigh, part of the Inspired Education Group, is seeking a committed and proactive Customer Services Advisor to support families across all aspects of school life. This role sits within the Family Liaison Team and acts as a key point of contact for parents and students, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, excellent ongoing support, and swift resolution of queries.
The post-holder will respond to email, live chat, and phone enquiries, channel queries to the relevant education or operations teams, and ensure that families receive timely, accurate information. Working as part of a customer-focused team, the Customer Services Advisor will play an essential role in supporting school operations, enhancing family experience, and helping maintain Kings InterHigh’s reputation for exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will:
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing Kings InterHigh families.
- Support operational queries and resolve emails, live chat enquiries, and inbound calls.
- Assist with timetable-related questions and issues.
- Support finance and education-related queries by coordinating with the relevant teams.
- Stay informed about educational developments across the school to ensure accurate guidance is provided to families.
- Track and monitor feedback and potential complaints and share insights with the Academic Leadership Team.
- Coordinate pupil and family onboarding, ensuring smooth orientation to school platforms and processes.
- Provide ongoing support to families, signposting them to appropriate resources when required.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy and strong systems skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective workload management skills.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of the education sector (advantageous).
- Ideally educated to A-Level or with administrative experience.
