Location: Remote (with the flexibility to travel within the USA as required)

As the Head of King's InterHigh USA, you will be the driving force behind establishing and growing our online school presence in the United States. You will be responsible for adapting our successful model to the US educational landscape, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional, personalized online learning experience that meets the needs of American students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the launch and development of King's InterHigh's online school in the USA.
- Develop and implement the King’s InterHigh Curriculum in a way that resonates with the US market, while ensuring compliance with US educational standards.
- Build and manage a team of dedicated educators and support staff to deliver high-quality online instruction.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the school community.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including parents, students, and educational bodies, to promote the benefits of online learning.
- Oversee the marketing and student recruitment strategies to drive enrolment and brand recognition in the US.
- Ensure the online learning platform is tailored to provide 24/7 access to live lessons, recordings, and continuous learning activities for US students.
- Champion a flexible, student-centered approach that allows learners to balance their education with personal interests and extracurricular activities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- A visionary leader with a passion for education and technology.
- Proven experience in educational leadership, preferably within the online learning space.
- Familiarity with the US education system and curriculum development.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a remote team effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
