KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver engaging educational programmes that support children's development through effective planning and high-quality teaching.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity and learning.
- Assess and monitor children’s progress, working collaboratively with parents and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
- Stay up to date with Early Years initiatives and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with families, providing insights into their child’s learning journey.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent).
- Previous experience working with young children, particularly ages 2-5.
- Passionate educators who can inspire, engage, and support young learners.
- Team players with strong communication and organisational skills.
- A good understanding of what constitutes a quality early education environment.
- Good observational and assessment skills and the experience of maintaining accurate learning records for children.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
