KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver engaging educational programmes that support children's development through effective planning and high-quality teaching.
Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity and learning.
Assess and monitor children’s progress, working collaboratively with parents and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
Stay up to date with Early Years initiatives and best practices.
Maintain strong relationships with families, providing insights into their child’s learning journey.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent).
Previous experience working with young children, particularly ages 2-5.
Passionate educators who can inspire, engage, and support young learners.
Team players with strong communication and organisational skills.
A good understanding of what constitutes a quality early education environment.
Good observational and assessment skills and the experience of maintaining accurate learning records for children.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
