We are looking for an experienced digital professional to join our rapidly growing digital team. Reporting to our Digital Manager, they will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the digital marketing performance globally. The ideal candidate will have a big passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels, they will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing strategies.


The marketing team strives to deliver excellence through effective brand awareness, lead generation, growth, enrolment and retention activity. The focus for this team is to drive student admissions, grow our brand, enhance the customer journey, and identify revenue opportunities for our portfolio of schools.




  • Implementing digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEM, social media, display).
  • Launching optimised online adverts include but not limited to Google Adwords, and MS Bing. 
  • Assisting and managing the digital marketing budgets. 
  • Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.) 
  • Assisting the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Assisting the set-up of conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms. 
  • Conducting research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagement and conversions. 
  • Analysing digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimisation plans.
  • Staying abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.




  • Ideally, 1-2 years experience in the agency side 
  • Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role 
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field 
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices 
  • Experience with Google Adwords, SEO/SEM and B2C social media  
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) 
  • Analytical mindset, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
