Using state of the art digital technology, Inspired Schools online operates two established divisions – King’s InterHigh, a non-selective fee paying online secondary school established in 2005 and a B2B division serving educational providers, schools, local authorities, and other public bodies under Academy 21.  

 

This role and team are focused on school administration, timetable tasks and data management processes including, but not limited to, building of timetables, managing timetable changes and maintaining accurate school data records with timely delivery to stakeholders. 

 

This team will focus on delivering excellent customer service, as it will be the first point of contact for internal departments as well as King’s InterHigh families offering support whenever they need it particularly pertaining to timetables, curriculum and data reporting.

The role will suit someone confident in handling data, and with an eye for detail, a commitment to delivering the very best for students and families, and a desire to ensure that the school can continue to grow efficiently and sustainably to deliver our goals. 

 

This team is part of a wider Administration and Operations team and will work closely with all other areas of the business, to stay up to date with policies and procedures and to achieve a high first-time resolution rate for stakeholders.  

 

The successful candidate will join the Inspired Online Education Operations team, reporting directly into the Academic Data Lead, supporting the overall operational delivery for King’s InterHigh.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

 

The successful candidate will:

 

Be responsible for providing world class support to King’s InterHigh students, families and staff. 

Support all general administration tasks and internal project work. 

In collaboration with the Education teams, support all areas of timetables, curriculum, attendance and co-curricular processes. 

Support with procedures relating to the collection, processing and reporting of student assessment and academic data. 

Support with the maintenance of accurate school data records and quality assurance processes.  

Keep up to date with Education developments within the company, to ensure the most accurate information is shared with stakeholders. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Experience of working in administration or a school environment.  

Knowledge of the education sector and an understanding of school systems, software and processes would be an advantage.
