Location: Remote, UK (please note, the successful candidate must have full authorisation to work in the UK and be willing to do so in order to be considered)

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £30,000-35,000 dependent on experience

We are seeking a Bid and Contract Coordinator to provide comprehensive operational support across the bid lifecycle and quality assurance frameworks, support the Partnership Managers directly, especially with those managing Local Authorities (LA). The role holder will have the scope to develop further by developing skills in bid management, content creation and leading QAs. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ongoing Contract Coordination & other responsibilities:

• Non-BAU reporting: including periodic attendance, education performance and other KPIs required by LA, school, or MAT. 
• Completion of new supplier form submissions. 
• Acting as conduit between B2B team and King’s InterHigh: to secure input from KIH team for reporting and QA processes, for BAU & non-BAU reporting needs, acting as the ‘point’ person with KIH, increasing efficiency of query resolution, and reducing non-commercial activity for BD team. 
• Maintaining data to support BD team, for example: region penetration data and regional heatmaps. 
• Working with Marketing and BD team to identify case study / reference sites, to support future tender submissions and general marketing activity. 

 

Bid Coordination & Administration:

• Portal Management: Daily monitoring of procurement portals for new opportunities and clarification updates. 
• Information Gathering: Coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather technical data, CVs, and case studies required for bid responses. 
• Bid Library Maintenance: Maintaining an up-to-date repository of standard "boilerplate" content, policies, and accreditation evidence. 
• Post-Bid Support: Assisting with post-bid clarifications and archiving successful bid materials for future use. Acting as point of contact for post-award communication with awarding bodies. 
• Gather and relay feedback from LAs/MATs to improve future bids and service delivery. 
• Training & Onboarding: Support onboarding and training of new team members or stakeholders in bid/QA processes. 

 

Quality Assurance & Compliance Support:

• Evidence Collection: Proactively gathering evidence for regulatory bodies (e.g., Ofsted, ISI) such as safeguarding logs, staff training records, and policy reviews. 
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as a point of contact for routine queries from school staff or partner agencies regarding compliance procedures. 
• Management of MAT QA process in conjunction with Partnership Managers. 
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to bid and QA processes and non-BAU reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and customer acquisition. They will possess broad expertise across all key areas of marketing, including brand, digital, performance marketing, content, CRM, partnerships, events, and analytics.
