Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative XR Developer to join our Global EdTech Implementation Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and programming immersive learning experiences

These experiences will support Inspired’s mission to deliver transformational education through innovative technology.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of VR in education within a globally respected organisation. Candidates based in Portugal are strongly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working closely with the Global Head of EdTech Implementation, you will

Design, develop, and program immersive and interactive VR environments.
Customise and script learning scenarios within Engage XR, including object interactions, spatial design, multimedia integration, and avatar-based collaboration.
Collaborate with curriculum teams, instructional designers, and IT specialists to align VR experiences with educational goals and learning outcomes.
Optimise VR content for use on devices such as Meta Quest, desktop VR, and other XR platforms.
Participate in user testing and refine experiences based on feedback from students, teachers, and project leads.
Maintain and update Unity-based applications and Engage XR environments as required.
Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, asset libraries, and deployment workflows.
