We are looking for a well-qualified and talented teacher of Mathematics to start in January 2027.. Experience teaching the IB Diploma Programme at Higher Level (AA or AI) is essential for this role. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons mapped to Cambridge and IBDP frameworks.
  • Differentiate learning strategies to challenge and support all student profiles.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom discipline and integrate modern educational technology.
  • Use formative and summative assessments to track progress and maintain precise data records.
  • Provide clear progress reports to parents and collaborate closely with the well-being team.
  • Act as a Form Tutor, promoting the safety, progress, and social-emotional well-being of students.
  • Support extra-curricular life, including Math/STEM clubs, school trips, and campus initiatives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • Qualifications: A recognized teaching qualification and a university degree in the relevant subject specialism or related field.
  • Curriculum Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and teaching success within the GCSE, A-Level, or International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) frameworks.
  • Professional Attributes: Proven ability to inspire trust and confidence in students, colleagues, and parents. A collaborative, flexible, and resilient mindset to work effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
  • Standards & Compliance: Continuous commitment to professional development (CPD). Full adherence to school policies, ethical practices, equal opportunities, and health and safety legislation.
