ROLE SUMMARY:
Marketing is the engine that drives our schools forward—connecting our educational excellence with families around the world. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to elevate our brand communications and help position our schools as beacons of international education—and Inspired as the world’s leading education group.
In this pivotal role, you’ll become a member of the Regional head-office that manages Portugal, Greece, Switzerland, Belgium and Latvia. You will work closely with 11 schools, gaining in-depth international market exposure.
Reporting to the Regional Brand Manager, and working closely with London’s Global digital marketing Head, you will work on the following channels and missions:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organic Social Media
- Develop tailored social media strategies aligned with each school’s identity and marketing priorities.
- Plan and manage content calendars that drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Engage school teams to build, lead and train a team of content takers, to capture high-quality, story-driven content that feeds your content calendar
- Take the lead in creating viral content yourself, using social media trends and the unique strengths of each school.

Offline Marketing
- Support the ideation of offline materials like prospectuses, leaflets, and billboards.
- Liaise with our Global creative team in London to create truly unique and professional materials
- Brief suppliers and ensure timely production and delivery of all assets.
-> You’ll be a key player in bringing offline marketing to life—an exciting chance to connect with the tangible side of brand building.
Paid Social Media
- Set up, manage, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid campaigns.
- Monitor performance, extract insights, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with influencers and agencies to spark conversation and buzz around the schools.
-> You’ll support this channel—while not owning the creative, it’s a great chance to engage with the analytical side of marketing and apply insights to your organic strategy.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C brand or consumer marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment and strongly focused on social media.
- A genuine passion for education and its transformative power.
- A strong grasp of marketing channels, particularly social media.
- Proven ability to manage multiple social accounts at once.
- A creative mindset and a track record of producing engaging, even viral, content.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience producing performance reports for social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’re confident speaking with anyone, anywhere.
- Full proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- Experience in luxury or premium brand marketing is a plus.
