ROLE SUMMARY:
The Inspired Education HR team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Systems, Data & AI Analyst to support the digital transformation of Human Resources across Portugal. This role combines HR technology, data analytics, and emerging AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency, improve employee experiences, and support data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain HR systems, analyze workforce data, and help identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence and automation within HR processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the administration and maintenance of HR systems and employee data.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR platforms.
- Assist with HR system enhancements, testing, and integrations.
- Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and key workforce metrics.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Support data quality and governance initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of AI and automation solutions within HR processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and process optimization.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on system and analytics projects.
- Provide user support and training for HR systems and digital tools.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Equivalent qualifications or relevant certifications may also be considered.
Experience
- Up to 2 years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or technology-related roles.
- Internship, academic projects, or graduate programme experience will be considered.
- Exposure to HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) is an advantage.
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is desirable.
