As the EdTech Implementation Specialist, you will play an important role in the successful implementation and optimization of our EdTech. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our platform into educational institutions worldwide. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of educational technology.
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an EdTech Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of our educational technology platforms on a global scale, with the support and line-manager of our Head of EdTech Implementation.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and integration of the platform across various educational institutions worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a background in EdTech implementation, project management, and a passion for advancing education through technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the Head of EdTech Implementation, you will:
- Prepare data and emails about the platforms.
- Book and organize training sessions.
- Collaborate with our other EdTech Teams.
- Conduct thorough assessments to ensure seamless deployment of the platform.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and actively manage project progress.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track platform usage, user engagement, and performance metrics, generating insights to inform strategic decision-making and further enhance the platform's effectiveness.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of our EdTech platforms in educational institutions globally, ensuring alignment with project timelines, objectives, and quality standards.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in educational technology implementation, with a focus on EdTech or learning management systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in educational technology.
