ROLE SUMMARY:

Colegio Mestral is seeking a passionate and caring Early Years Teacher to join our team in Ibiza for the 2026–2027 academic year.

We are looking for a native English-speaking teacher or a teacher with a very high level of English to teach children aged 3 to 5 years old in English within our Early Years department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and deliver engaging English-language lessons for children aged 3–5 years old
Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development
Encourage students’ language, social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning activities
Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining regular communication with families and the school team
Collaborate with colleagues on classroom planning, school activities, and the overall wellbeing of students

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Native English speaker or excellent command of English
Experience working with Early Years / Preschool children (ages 3–5)
Warm, creative, and dynamic teaching approach
Ability to work collaboratively within a school team
Essential: Candidates must already be resident in Ibiza
