ROLE SUMMARY:

Location: Remote, US based (candidates must be authorized to work in the US and be willing to do so in order to be considered)

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday), with occasional travel within the US required

The Head of Marketing for Inspired Online Schools USA is responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and performance of all marketing initiatives supporting Inspired Education’s U.S. online school brands, currently USPA. This role oversees the full marketing lifecycle—from brand development and go-to-market strategy to lead generation and enrolment performance—ensuring measurable growth and alignment with both local and global business goals. 


 
This leader serves as the primary marketing authority for the U.S. region, driving brand equity, market positioning, and student acquisition. The Head of Marketing partners closely with the CEO of Inspired Online Schools, CMO of Inspired Schools, and cross-functional teams to build a cohesive, high-performing marketing function that delivers consistent, data-driven results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the U.S. marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolment across Inspired’s online school portfolio in United States, currently USPA.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team focused on strategy, creative, and performance execution.
- Partner with global leadership to align U.S. marketing priorities with Inspired’s global vision while tailoring strategy to regional market dynamics.
- Translate strategic goals into measurable marketing plans with clear KPIs and ROI accountability.
Brand Development & Ownership:
- Lead development and evolution of brand positioning, messaging architecture, and creative identity to ensure differentiation in the competitive K–12 landscape.
- Own the brand strategy and architecture for all U.S. online school brands.
- Oversee production of brand guidelines and final creative assets in partnership with internal and external creative teams.
- Ensure a cohesive brand experience across digital platforms, events, partnerships, and communications.
Performance & Growth Marketing:
- Drive demand generation through multi-channel campaigns, including paid digital, social, content marketing, partnerships, and events.
- Oversee marketing funnel performance—Dynamics, GA4, and additional tech stack—and campaign optimization to achieve enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with Admissions and Academics teams to align marketing activities with student journey and conversion goals.
- Manage analytics and reporting to evaluate performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Agency & Vendor Management:
- Oversee external agency relationships, ensuring alignment on scope, budget, and performance outcomes.
- Evaluate and manage marketing technology platforms and analytics tools to support efficient campaign delivery and reporting.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with global procurement and brand standards.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Own the U.S. marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of spend.
- Deliver measurable ROI through forecasting, performance tracking, and financial accountability.
- Identify opportunities to optimize spend through internal resources, partnerships, and technology.
