What is the purpose of the department?
The HR department ensures efficient processes, compliance across regions, and delivers accurate data insights to support leadership decisions.

What is the key purpose of the position?
The HR Analyst will manage HR systems and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance while optimising reporting and processes. The role supports HR leadership and Finance by generating reports, monitoring HR metrics, and providing analytical insights to align operations with Inspired’s strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain Airtable automation processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in workflows.
  • Analyse and interpret SuccessFactors data, providing insights to drive HR strategy and operations.
  • Monitor compliance requirements (including GRID, BR, and internal/external audits), ensuring adherence to HR and regulatory standards.
  • Optimise reporting processes, streamlining the delivery of accurate, timely information.
  • Support cost control and HR metrics tracking, providing data-driven insights to improve resource allocation.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership and the Finance department to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Heads of Schools (CIV, St Peters, PaRK, Kings) and other key stakeholders to ensure HR data alignment and functional support.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of HR processes, systems, and policies through proactive analysis and recommendations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in HR analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors) and automation tools (Airtable).
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functional teams, particularly with HR leadership and school management
