ROLE SUMMARY:

Founded in 1989, Blue Valley is a private, bilingual school offering Pre-K through 12th-grade education to over 800 students. It provides a challenging combination of Costa Rican and International curricula, promoting technology, the arts, and physical well-being.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant to join our team in January 2025. As an assistant, you will be responsible for supporting your teacher and students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support classroom instruction.
Assist with student supervision.
Aid in classroom management.
Prepare teaching materials.
Provide individualized student support.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Patience, empathy, and teamwork.
Effective communication skills.
Organizational ability.
Adaptability and subject knowledge (if applicable).
