English Teacher (GST/SEA)

ROLE SUMMARY:

Location: United Arab Emirates (please note, while this is a fully remote position, candidates must be willing to work from the UAE in order to be considered)

Start date: December 2026

Contract: 2 year FTC

Working Pattern: Full-time

Salary: Between 165-185 000 AED annual (basic salary)

As part of our strategy to continue to grow and provide our services internationally, we are advertising for a talented and ambitious English Teacher to join our online school, with the ability to teach English, up to Year 13. Based in the UAE, the successful candidate will work remotely from home but can include a hybrid model when requested at times to meet in the region throughout the year. Priority will be given to those already based in region or who have experience of living in the UAE.

You will be part of our Universal Timetable, teaching students largely from Southeast Asia, Middle East and the UK. Live teaching will start at 5am UAE time (GST) and expected to finish at 1.30pm approx UAE time. As part of the Universal Timetable on some days you may have a later/earlier start and later/earlier finish time. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver engaging, high-quality online lessons that motivate students and support strong learning outcomes.
• Monitor student progress, assess achievement, and provide timely feedback and reports.
• Support students' academic development and wellbeing through guidance and encouragement.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders to ensure positive student outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate professionalism, contribute to a positive learning environment, and undertake additional duties as required.
