KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, implement and regularly review the school´s SEND Policy and Inlcusion Policy.
Monitor the quality of teaching and learning for pupils with SEND and evaluate impact.
Oversee early identification of pupils with additional needs.
Implement and monitor the graduated approach: Asses-Plan-Do-Review.
Coordinate screening, asseement and intervention processes.
Design, implement and evaluate targeted interventions.
Track progress of SEND pupils and ensure measureble impact.
Ensure reasonable adjustments are implemented effectively.
Advise and support teachers on differentiation strategies and inclusive classroom practice.
Deliver or coordinate staff training on SEND and inclusive practices.
