We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly effective Primary Teacher to join us from August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Primary School, delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring students across the primary years. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engaging, well-structured lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love of learning and supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and independence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the primary curriculum, ensuring progression in students’ learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, using data to inform planning and differentiated instruction.
- Support the development of critical thinking, independence, and a love of learning in all students.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to curriculum planning and whole-school initiatives.
- Contribute to the pastoral life of the school, promoting student wellbeing and positive behaviour.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- A recognised teaching qualification with experience teaching in Primary School.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
- A high level of English proficiency, with excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to student wellbeing and inclusive teaching practices.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school.
