We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic International Primary School Teacher to join our team in August 2025. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Teach the British Primary Curriculum to students in a multicultural environment, encouraging academic excellence and personal development.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that stimulate inquiry, critical thinking, and creativity across a range of subjects.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ emotional, social, and academic growth.
  • Regularly assess student progress, providing feedback to guide their learning and development.
  • Create differentiated learning plans to meet the needs of individual students, ensuring that all learners are challenged and supported.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, contributing to a well-rounded, inquiry-based education.
  • Participate in the school’s extra-curricular programs, supporting students’ interests and talents beyond the classroom.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on student progress and encouraging a partnership in their child’s learning.
  • Contribute to the school community by participating in school events, assemblies, and student activities.
  • Uphold the values and ethos of King’s College, supporting its commitment to academic excellence and holistic education.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • A degree in Education or a related field with a recognised teaching qualification.
  • 3-5 years of teaching experience, ideally in an international or British school, with a focus on primary education.
  • Experience with inquiry-based learning and familiarity with the British curriculum.
  • A proven ability to create a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • A collaborative approach, able to work effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • A commitment to professional development and a passion for innovative teaching practices.
  • A willingness to participate in extra-curricular activities and contribute to the broader school community.
