ROLE SUMMARY:
The Head of Early Learning is an inspiring and visionary educational leader who inspires excellence in early years education. You will be responsible for the academic, operational and pastoral success of the Early Learning School and for cultivating a calm, joyful and progressive environment where both children and educators thrive. You will be required to lead with insight, compassion and creativity, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, while always keeping an eye on innovative ways to move the school forward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the Early Learning School in alignment with the school’s vision and Inspired’s global standards.
- In collaboration with the Executive Head and Head of Preparatory, create an engaging, child-centred learning environment that is safe, inclusive and happy.
- Drive innovation in early years teaching and learning, grounded in current research and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with parents as key partners in their child’s journey.
- Build a collaborative, diverse and high-performing staff culture.
- Ensure an engaging and child-centred educational offering aligned with Inspired’s global standards and opportunities.
- To create a positive learning environment that ensures children are able to achieve their full potential.
- Enhance the Inspired brand through exceptional leadership and community relationships
- Support ongoing professional development for staff in line with career growth pathways and our inspired Reggio Emilio approach.
- Regular engagement with our Inspired Head Office : Finance / HR Marketing and Enrolments
