ROLE SUMMARY:

 

Reporting to the Regional Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering on marketing plan for King’s School The Crown. These will incorporate offline, digital, brand and PR channels. You will work across departments, to help drive enrolment leads to our schools.


To be successful in this role you will have experience working as part of a fast-paced marketing team, media buying, and be up to date with the latest marketing trends to deliver best-in-class campaigns. You will have critical thinking skills and experience and be comfortable creating spreadsheets to track and analyse data.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, focused, enthusiastic team player that performs well under pressure, who is receptive to new ideas and direction with a keen interest on future design trends with effective communication and organisation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Execute the annual marketing plan for the school and all marketing campaigns and on-ground activities for the school.
  • Provide key data and insights (including market competitor analysis) on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to the Regional Director of Marketing.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns, working collaboratively with our central global planning team and Regional Director of Marketing.
  • Proactively suggest actions to improve plans and performance based on analysis of data.
  • Research and analyse market data to understand the target audience and the best ways to reach them through a variety of media channels.
  • Monitor media trends and keep the marketing team up to date on industry innovation.
  • Manage website and digital platform - main contact with HOS for any collateral or website changes.
  • Build strong relationships with partners in media and drive a best-in-class approach to OOH and offline media buying.
  • Lead and manage budgets across key media channels including offline, PR and brand with KPI & RO
  • Capture all social media content for the school.
  • Initiate external relationships with key stakeholders in the market to expand the school’s presence and drive enrolment.
  • Manage all marketing and admissions related events for the school and liaise with relevant departments to ensure consensus and success. Measure all events’ success in post-event report to track quantifiable progress.
  • Write all press releases in EN/AR for the school.
  • Support the school for needed collaterals, branding, and other marketing support.
  • Be responsible for and organize large-scale tours for groups at the school, in collaboration with SLT and the admissions department.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • English: fluent or native
  • Arabic: fluent or native
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a fast-paced marketing team/agency.
  • Critical thinking skills - the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office tools – especially excel and power point.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing plans.
  • Data driven decision approach.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to conform to strict deadline-oriented projects and works well in fast paced environment.
  • Experience in education or higher education marketing is a plus.
