ROLE SUMMARY:

King’s School The Crown is built in extensive grounds offering world-class educational and sporting facilities, enabling students to pursue a diverse range of interests. Our purpose-Built Campus of over 40,000m2 located in the heart of Cairo's most prestigious gated community, The Crown, 6th October city. This school is the first in the region to cater to students from 3 months up to 18 years with state-of-the-art facilities, including: a full football field, 400m athletic track , 25m 8 lane covered swimming pool with learner pool, indoor multi-purpose sports hall, outdoor multipurpose courts and a 522 seat Performing Arts theatre.

We are looking for a CCTV Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role will oversee daily CCTV operations, supervise monitoring staff, ensure effective security coverage, and support incident investigations while maintaining compliance with security procedures and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor CCTV systems to ensure full coverage and operational effectiveness across all areas.
Supervise and support CCTV operators/monitoring staff on daily duties and shifts.
Respond to and escalate security incidents in line with procedures.
Review and analyze CCTV footage for investigations and reporting purposes.
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and system records.
Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and coordinate maintenance when required.
Enforce compliance with security policies, procedures, and data protection standards.
Liaise with security teams and management to support safety and incident response.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or security supervision role.
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and basic troubleshooting.
Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
Ability to respond calmly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
Good report writing and record-keeping skills.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Basic IT skills and familiarity with security software systems.
Relevant security or safety certification is preferred.
