ROLE SUMMARY:

 

Sotogrande International School is seeking a dynamic and passionate Media Monitor to assume this role for our Summer Camps in Sotogrande. 

The Media Monitor captures the camp's energy through photos and videos, documenting campers’ activities from sports to excursions. The role involves assisting with camp operations, ensuring safety, and supporting the team. The Media Monitor will also help with arrivals, camper check-ins, and transfers. The position requires creativity, flexibility, and teamwork, with occasional overnight duties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Pre-Arrival:

 

  • Attend training, review camp materials, and help set up facilities.
  • Familiarize with safety protocols and complete required online training.

Daily Duties:

 

  • Report to senior staff, capture moments through photos and videos, and assist with camp activities.
  • Supervise campers during media capture and participate in evening activities.
  • Be available for emergency response and overnight duties.
  • Support daily operations and media equipment maintenance.

Arrival Day Duties:

 

  • Welcome campers and families, assist with check-in, and coordinate airport transfers.

General Staff Duties:

 

  • Follow camp guidelines, maintain professionalism, and wear the camp uniform.
  • Complete child safety training and uphold hygiene standards.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Advanced or Proficiency (C1-C2) English.
  • Valid EU work permit, CV with photo, references, and criminal record.

 

 

Contract & Wage:

  • Contract from 26th June to 2nd August 2025, including training.
  • Weekly wage: €490, with accommodation, meals, and accident insurance.
