Early Years Practitioner
Berkshire, GB
Are you our next early years practitioner?
What we experience in our early years shapes our developing brains, which is why positive physical, emotional and cognitive development during this period is so crucial.
In fact, research shows that good experiences in the early years help the person develop high self-esteem, healthy relationships, and effective communication skills.
Think about someone who showed an interest in you during your early years, the impact they had, the difference they made. Now it’s your turn.
We're searching for those rare souls, the fire-keepers, who burn with passion for giving children the wings they need to soar into a world they’ll help make brighter for all of us.
So why not join us at Reddam House Nursery, our private nursery in Wokingham, Berkshire. Our Early Learning School operates 52 weeks of the year and we can offer employment for the 52 weeks or 38 weeks. At our nursery, children from 3 months to 4 years learn based on a 'rhythm of the day' rather than a structured timetable. We believe that children are confident, capable learners from birth and our Nursery School offers an enriched Early Learning curriculum which supports this approach.
We offer the following:
- A competitive salary of £14.50 per hour
- Flexible working to support a great work-life balance. You can choose to work 4 days (8am-6pm) or 5 days (8am-5pm) a week
- School pension scheme
- Free lunch
- School fee discount
- A beautiful work location. Our grounds are set across 125 acres of wood and parkland
- Excellent training and development opportunities
You will need:
- A level 3 early years qualification
- Experience working with young children
- Enthusiasm, warmth, and a willingness to be part of a team
- A means of transport, as Reddam House is not on a public transport route
You’ll also be part of something bigger, as Reddam House is part of the Inspired Education Group. We’re the world’s leading global group of premium schools, delivering academic, artistic, sporting and social success to more than 90,000 students across 27 countries.
