We’re searching for a passionate Early Years Lead Practitioner the fire-keepers who believe in children’s limitless potential and who find joy in nurturing curious minds, kind hearts, and capable hands.

 

At Reddam House Early Learning School in Wokingham, Berkshire, our children (aged 3 months to 4 years) learn through a natural rhythm of the day, not a rigid schedule. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we view children as confident, competent learners from birth. Our richly resourced environment and inquiry-led curriculum reflect this belief.

What You’ll Need:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience with young children
  • Genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and teamwork
  • Your own transport, as we are not on a public transport route
