ROLE SUMMARY:

As part of our administrative team, we are looking an outstanding and Head of maintenance and general service to be in post ready for 1ST March 2025.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of facilities and equipment.
• Ensures the functionality, efficiency, and safety of our physical assets through proactive planning, scheduled maintenance, and timely repairs, while managing teams and budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections of all internal and external infrastructure to detect conditions requiring intervention.
• Manage, motivate and lead the Maintenance Dept team to improve collective and individual's performance.
• Ensure that all members of the estates team are correctly trained, qualified and competent.
• React to emergency situations and allocate resources to work out of normal working hours as necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineer, architecture or related careers
• Software management (Word, Excel, Power Point, Google)
• Level B2 English Language                           
• 2 years of experience in related positions       
• Excellent communication skills.
