ROLE SUMMARY:

The British College of Gava, an IB World School, just 20 minutes outside of Barcelona is seeking to appoint a full-time teacher of Spanish language to start in August 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding purpose-built school with exceptional facilities in a great location. We’re looking for a full-time Spanish teacher to join our Modern Foreign Languages team. We're looking for teachers that want to motivate and inspire our students to gain their full potential.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Essential:

UK Trained with qualified teacher status (Catalan teachers should have suitable equivalents)
Bachelor's Degree
Secondary Education teaching experience
Native level Spanish (Catalan) language speaker

Desirable:

Knowledge of IB programmes
Master’s or post graduate qualification
Right to work in the EU
