ROLE SUMMARY:

We are offering at La Miranda- The Global Quality School an internship for university and vocational (FP) students interested in learning the role of administration and management within an educational setting. This internship provides hands-on experience across a variety of administrative and operational areas, allowing students to build a solid foundation for their future careers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performing basic administrative duties, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
Managing school email accounts and internal communications
Gaining exposure to finance-related activities, including invoicing, budgeting, and contract creation
Assisting with admissions processes, including student registration and documentation
Creating and preparing official school documents
Supporting school bus logistics and coordinating schedules
Learning about sales processes, budgeting, and financial tracking
Briefing staff and assisting with general administrative tasks as needed

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Currently enrolled in a university or vocational (FP) program
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
