KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Room Leaders to implement an innovative, inquiry-driven curriculum.
  • Observe and document children's development to support personalised learning.
  • Create safe, engaging indoor and outdoor environments that promote exploration.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families and involve them in their child's learning journey.
  • Work as part of a reflective, inclusive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute fresh ideas.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Have experience working with young children in an early childhood setting.
  • Hold an ECE qualification, are currently studying, or have relevant childcare experience.
  • Bring warmth, enthusiasm, and energy to their practice.
  • Are flexible, reliable, and adaptable.
  • Enjoy building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Can confidently support children's learning, development, and wellbeing across different age groups.
