We are looking for an experienced and passionate experienced Teacher to join and lead our Infants and Toddlers team. This is an opportunity for a thoughtful educator who values respectful caregiving, understands the importance of secure relationships, and is inspired by both the RIE philosophy and the Reggio Emilia approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and inspire high-quality infant and toddler practice.
- Foster respectful, responsive relationships with children and families.
- Support and mentor teachers, encouraging reflection and professional growth.
- Champion a curriculum that reflects Te Whāriki and celebrates each child's unique learning journey.
- Work collaboratively with whānau to create a strong sense of belonging and partnership.
- Help cultivate an environment where children, families, and teachers feel valued, connected, and empowered.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Holds a recognised ECE qualification and current New Zealand Teacher Registration.
- Has strong experience working with infants and toddlers.
- Understands and embraces RIE principles and respectful caregiving practices.
- Is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and the importance of the environment as the third teacher.
- Has a deep understanding of Te Whāriki and child-led learning.
- Is a natural leader who enjoys supporting and developing others.
- Brings warmth, positivity, and strong communication skills to every interaction.
- Believes that authentic relationships are at the heart of great teaching.
