ROLE SUMMARY:

ACG Parnell College, part of ACG Schools, is an independent, coeducational school located in Parnell, Central Auckland.  We prepare our students for a lifetime of learning, equipping them with the academic, sporting and cultural skills they need to become balanced and independent global citizens.

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the administration team.  This is a full-time, permanent position. The position will involve front-line reception, customer service and a range of office responsibilities including secretarial support, cash handling and banking, and data processing.

Phone and Email Communication

Safety and Security

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Have a passion for working with young children
  • Be reliable, respectful, with personal and professional integrity
  • Have outstanding communication skills
  • Bring administration experience (preferably within the education sector)
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Basic first aid certification is a plus. 
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
