We are on the lookout for three permanent, full-time experienced level-2 IT Technicians for each of our 3 Auckland schools. Are you passionate about technology, working in a dynamic environment and providing fantastic customer service? If so, we would love for you to apply for this role!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hit the ground running to quickly develop an understanding of our ICT infrastructure and information systems 
  • Assist with implementations of new hardware/systems for end users as required 
  • Assist with planning and implementation of new projects as requested 
  • Help to develop processes to streamline ICT functions 
  • Perform administrative tasks relating to ICT support 
  • Assist with testing of new IT implementations 
  • Ensure effective escalation of ICT incidents 
  • Provide effective solutions to all internal stakeholders and can proactively solve issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • A team player with a sense of humour.
  • Suitably qualified with experience working across a network of schools/companies.
  • Someone who is self-motivated, and task-oriented with a high level of detail
  • Someone who can handle a bit of pressure when things are busy.
  • Someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service with fantastic interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Someone who has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience
  • Flexible & Efficient – able to respond to after-hours emergency calls, on-call remote requests, and weekend installations as and when required.
