ROLE SUMMARY:

Located in the heart of Karaka, ACG Strathallan is a premier independent school that inspires excellence in students from Years 1 to 13. We are proud to be part of the global Inspired group, offering a progressive and nurturing academic environment.
As the Head of Admissions, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment. Reporting to the Executive Principal and Director of Customer Acquisition & Experience (APAC), you will work closely with the Enrolments Manager to lead a drive growth through innovative enrolment strategies and superior customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and implement a targeted admissions strategy, driving student enrolment and retention.
  • Lead the entire admissions process, ensuring a best-in-class experience for prospective families.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Senior Leadership Team to optimise admissions and retention efforts.
  • Deliver engaging school tours, open days, and recruitment events.
  • Analyse enrolment data to guide decision-making and ensure targets are met.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with feeder schools, parents, and community partners.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a professional services setting, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales, marketing, and CRM systems, with the ability to analyse data and present insights effectively.
  • An innovative thinker who can develop and execute strategies that resonate with families and enhance our school’s reputation.
  • Experience within the education sector is a plus, but not essential.
