We're looking for a dynamic Head of Admissions (Enrolments Manager) to lead enrolment growth at ACG Sunderland. This is a people-focused and relationship-driven role, responsible for achieving student enrolment targets while delivering an exceptional experience for families from enquiry to enrolment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive enrolments across Primary and College by meeting or exceeding targets
Build strong relationships with parents, community partners, and feeder schools
Lead and support marketing initiatives (Open Days, expos, parent evenings)
Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular enrolment reporting
Collaborate with school leadership, staff, and marketing to drive student retention and growth
Foster marketing opportunities with community groups

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Strong communication with proven sales/marketing/account management experience.
A passion for education and a commitment to outstanding customer care.
Confidence in building networks and engaging with the local community.
An organised, proactive approach, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Professionalism and be a true "people person".
Experience in event coordination is a strong advantage.
A current New Zealand driver's licence.
