ROLE SUMMARY:
An opportunity has arisen to join ACG Parnell College. We are after a Qualified/Registered secondary Design Technology Teacher for a permanent, full-time. The position will commence in term 3 2024.
ACG offers competitive remuneration above public sector pay grades.
We are a Cambridge International School, our senior school delivering IGCSE and A-Level courses so experience with delivering an international qualification would be an advantage but not essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach Design Technology, ensuring you create an engaging learning environment.
- Cater to the varied learning needs and abilities within your classes to maximise student development.
- Develop excellent working relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Ensure the effective use of technology in teaching and learning activities.
- Participate in wider school activities.
- Ensure student's welfare and safety in every moment.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- NZ Teacher registration with supporting teaching qualifications (BA and/or MBA).
- Experience in teaching design technology in a secondary school curriculum to a high standard.
- Well-prepared, inspiring confidence in students and parents.
- Flexible, committed, professional, hard working, team player.
