ROLE SUMMARY:

ACG Sunderland, part of ACG Schools, is an independent, coeducational school located in west Auckland. We prepare our students for a lifetime of learning, equipping them with the academic, sporting and cultural skills they need to become balanced and independent global citizens.

Our purpose-built Early Learning School is looking for a Centre Administrator to join the team. Join our Centre for a permanent, part-time (16 hours per week) position from January 2026!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Being the first point of contact for the centre
Managing phone calls & communication
Supporting the Centre Manager by arranging daily Centre tours, family interviews and meetings
Assisting with office activities and day-to-day operations to ensure effectiveness and work efficiency and compliance to Centre policies and procedures
Ensuing data entry is correct and completed in a timely manner

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Have a passion for working with young children
Be reliable, respectful, with personal and professional integrity
Have outstanding communication skills
Bring administration experience (preferably within the ECE sector)
Have experience with the ‘Discover’ Student Management System
