Overall Scope
The HR Generalist acts as a trusted advisor to the business by deploying the HR strategy in collaboration with line management. In this role, you will establish strong communication channels with leaders to diagnose talent needs, resolve complex day-to-day employee relations issues and deliver cost-effective HR solutions. You will support the full employee lifecycle by executing core processes, including recruitment, performance management, internal mobility and benefits administration. Additionally, you will drive annual HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, benchmarking, and organizational design changes, as well as, lead strategic HR projects from inception to completion by defining project scopes, securing resources and coaching team members toward successful outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement HR strategies, processes and tools and deliver HR services to the line.
- Identifies and leads recruitment & employer branding activities (interviews, personality questionnaires, job fairs, university relations, etc.)
- Provide induction workshop periodically to newly hired employees.
- Coordinates and administers compensation programs and supports the performance review and development process.
- Responsible for Internal Mobility and all staff movements within the School.
- Maintain Personnel Records and assist line management with procedures.
- Ensure organizational changes are reflected accurately in HRMS.
- Drive the development & implementation of HR policies & procedures.
- Provide information about HR processes, products and terms of employment, for both managers & employees.
- Assist line management with more complex or sensitive day to day issues and provide advice and consultation on local legislation and taxation issues.
- Raise questions requiring more detailed or expert knowledge to appropriate authorities.
- Collect Benchmarking data to assist in various HR activities.
- Conduct employee surveys, interpret findings & coordinate action plans.
- Accumulation of Statistics & generation of HR Reports.
- Monitor the HC evolution through reporting tools against forecast and advice Management on staff cost controlling related activities.
- Coordinate and implement cooperate projects & programs while addressing to management opportunities and challenges to be faced.
- Provide valuable information to HR Head for managing change and on what impacts the company’s culture, organization and business objectives.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Qualifications
Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in HR Management.
5 - 10 years of experiences in a structured, preferably multinational HR environment.
Advanced PC operation skills.
Bilingual in local and English language.
